- Our story
Sood started in 2017 because Paalan Sood was frustrated with how agencies treated their clients.
Businesses were handing over marketing budgets but felt misunderstood. The work was delivered, but the relationship often felt transactional.
So he built Sood differently. Learn the business properly. Understand how it makes money. Shape the marketing around that.
Eight years later, that model has not changed. The team has grown, the services have expanded, and some of the earliest client relationships are still running. But the approach is the same: get close, stay involved, and make sure the marketing supports real growth.
